Marie Silver Earrings 

The combination of its round shape and the semi-precious stone, makes a very lucid design. All our semi-precious stones have a high quality, since they are extracted directly from deposits in Latin America, South Africa and Asia.

Marie Silver Earrings are made of sterling silver 925. They measure 3 cm length with an 8 mm green agate stone. Push back clasp.

Also finished in gold vermeil ▷ Marie Gold Earrings. All our jewels are manufactured without nickel, according to European regulations.

In addition, you can accompany them with bracelets and necklaces of your favorite semi-precious stones.

Every online purchase will be processed within 24 hours from receipt of order, except in the case of choosing bank transfer as the payment method. In that case, the process will begin afterpayment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary due to national, local or regional holidays. Also due to the provision of incorrect, incomplete or absence of the address.

IMPORTANT: In the event that there is a delay in the delivery of an item due to courier incidents or causes of third parties beyond VIORET, no claim for the same amount will be accepted. This includes periods of high courier traffic such as Christmas and Black Friday.

Vioret makes shipments to Spanish Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, Portugal, destinations in Europe and other international destinations.

The delivery time will be 24/48 hours on working days from the shipping confirmation. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you want to make a change of size or product, we will proceed in the same way as if it were a return and a new order will be made. In order to proceed with the return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in perfect condition
• The product cannot have obvious signs of use
• The purchased jewel will have its original labeling and packaging

Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned. For example, products made of semi-precious stones other than those included in our collection.

RETURN PERIOD

The customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days from the day following receipt of the product. 

However, in our commitment to provide facilities for our customers, Vioret offers a period of 30 calendar days for the return with a condition on shipping costs:

-If the customer returns the product with in the first 14 calendar days, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded including the initial shipping costs. Provided that these are equivalent to the cheapest method of delivery we offer.

-If the customer returns the product within 15 and 30 calendar days, only the amount corresponding to the product will be refunded.
